bon, c'etait bien le cable qui avait juste bougé, mais comme mon bordel est peu accessible j'ai fait mon faineant dans un premier temps. tout est ok merci pour ton aide

bonjour a tous soucis au demarrage de mon nas ds409. j'appuie sur le bouton, le nas s'allume, les diodes a droites clignotent et sont oranges. ensuite la lumiere bleue au centre clignote seule. peu apres le nas est allumé, les diodes sont vertes par contre la diode lan ne clignotte pas soucis, je ne vois plus le nas sur mon reseau. j'ai testé le reseau car j'ai un autre nas que je vois donc le reseau est ok. par contre quand je veux eteindre le nas, j'appuie longtemps sur le bouton central, il se met a clignoter mais aucun son. je ne saisi pas trop le soucis mais il y en a un. si vous pouviez m'aider. merci

ca a marché grand merci, 740go d'espace libéré. en tout cas cloudstation est un cauchemard pour le stockage et l'espace disque.

merci. en meme temps je n'ai guere le choix vu que mon nas est plus que plein et que j'ai pleins de bugs de ce fait.

alors la je veux bien plus d'infos sur le telmet, je sais me conncetcer en ssh mais telnet...

j'ai fait cela, j'ai désactiver le cloud, effacer les dossiers et fichiers dans le repertoire de l'utilisateur, effacé le @cloudstation qui se truvait dans le dossier home mais rien n'a changé. je n'ai pas de dossier volume1/@cloudstation ou alors je ne le vois pas via file station. est ce normal ? dois je utiliser autre chose pour acceder a ces fichiers ?

personne ne semble savoir. alors comment acceder aux fichiers systeme du nas ? j'ai le cloud qui occupe 700go, les fichiers doivent bien etre quelque part, mais ou et comment les voir/effacer ?

bonjour, suite au remplissage de mes disque je me suis demandé ce qui prenait tant de place car sur un disque de 1.8to mes fichiers n'occupent que 1.1to. apres recherche il s'avere que le cloudstation occupe la bagatelle de 730go alors que ce dossier sur mon ordi ne fait que 768mo. comment pouvoir gerer cela ou bien effacer ces fichiers et repartir a zero ? merci

bah cloudstation qui occupe 40% de l'espace alors que sur mon disque il n'occupe que 760mo voila le soucis. mais comment remedier a cela ?

ok, dans putty, une fois connecté au nas, il me demande login et pass, ensuite je tape /volume1 pour y acceder mais acces refusé

personne pour m'aider ? je n'y comprend vraiment rien
