Could you confirm that DS status is "migratable"?
If so , then we may need your permission to access your DS through telnet service. Please follow the instruction below:
1. Power off DiskStation (DS) and take out all disks
2. Power on DS without disks
3. Run Assistant and perform the installation without HDD by DSM.pat attached on mail (a.PAT).
4. Under this way, the installation will be failed but the telnet will be open
5. Please open the port 23 on your router for DS NAT IP (ex. 192.168.xx.xx or 10.0.xx.xx)and we could login via telnet
6. Please insert the disks back to DS without rebooting and provide us the following information

Tout est bon, j'ai suivi les intructions à la lettre ,
eteindre NAS,
retire le DD,
relancer NAS
charger le fichier a.pat,
replacer le DD sans eteindre
ouvrir port 23,
evidement leur envoyer le mail avec ip publique, port 23 et mon ip du NAS dans mon reseau
Bon, j'attends maintenant .....
