Bonjour, N'ayant eu de réponse. J'ai ouvert un ticket d'incident chez synology. Voici leur diagnostic. Thanks for your reply. After checking with our developer, we found the root cause of this issue. For the Rapidgator download failed issue, it is caused by you install the "Alldebrid Officiel plugin". According to the Download Station mechanism, it will execute the extra install plugin at first then pyload plugin. The "Alldebrid Officiel plugin" includes multiple hosting services (include Rapidgator). Once you enable this plug-in, you need the Premium account for the "Alldebrid" to use the included service. You can stop the "Alldebrid" plug-in then the Rapidgator download should be recovered. For the verification issue of the UptoboxCom, it looks like you install the additional plugin as well. It should show "pyLoad Plugin" as well and our version should be 0.24, not 2.1. You can delete the extra plug-in, use the pyLoad plugin then report this issue to UptoboxCom I hope the answer helps and is clear. Bonjour à tous, j'ai depuis quelques jours le même soucie. J'ai deux comptes premium Rapidgator et uptobox malgré avoir testé sur leur portail pour vérifier mon compte et mot de passe. Je n'ai pas de difficulté pour m'identifier mes deux comptes sont correctes. le problème persiste lorsque j'utilise uniquement download station sur mon syno lorsque je lance que ça soit rapidgator ou uptobox celui-ci m'affiche "Compte premium requis" j'ai vraiment essayé ce qui est possible de faire. désinstallation et réinstallation du fichier host donner dans le forum idem pour le download station désinstallation et réinstallation et reboot du nas mais il y a vraiment rien à faire. Je tourne en rond merci par avance de votre aide !!
