Bonjour,

Après avoir lu de multiples tuto il m'est impossible de voir la bibliothèque de mon Nas sur iTunes en wifi, cela fonctionne en revanche dès que je me branche au cable ethernet. Je tourne sur un mac avec Lion

Auriez vous une solution?

j ai tout essaye:

mapper le lecteur

change le nom du serveur,

fwder le port sur mon routeur

ouvrir tous les ports sur le fw du nas

redemarrer le nas

changer de repertoire 99% de ma bibliotheque pour ne pas que ca soit trop lourd a charger

downloade toutes les updates

verifie qu itunes soit bien configure pour les dossiers partages

Le nas n apparait jamais alors que mon telephone apparait tout de suite quand je lance diams

apres moult échanges avec le service technique de syno, j ai eu le droit à ca, je ne sais pas si ca en aidera certains:

If you can not find the itune service on PC or MAC,

1. Please make sure the firewall on the DiskStation is not blocking any ports. Do this by going to DSM > Control panel > firewall > ensure it says “if no rules are matched: allow access” at the bottom of the page, and save the firewall rule.

2. May we please kindly know did you enable the Autoblock function on WebUI > Control Panel > Autoblock? Base on the description, it seems caused by the Autoblock function. Please kindly try to check the Autoblock function > Block List to see if any ip as same as your PC's IP address and remove it.

To release the rules of [Firewall], please use a ballpoint pen or straightened paperclip to press and hold the RESET button on the back of the server. After about 4 seconds the server should beep once. Immediately release it when beep is heard. http://www.synology.com/support/faq_show.php?q_id=127

3. To avoid the network problem, sometime we will skip the switch/router. First, please disable the firewall and anti-virus software (Zone Alarm) on PC and kindly try conducting direct Ethernet connection between your computer and the Synology DiskStation. (instructions below)

===How to conduct a direct Ethernet Connection with the Synology system===

Remove all Ethernet connection on computer

Disable Wireless Connections

For Windows users, from Windows Command Prompt, type "ipconfig /renew"

Optional: set the IP Address/Subnet Address to 169.254.1.1/255.255.0.0 on the hardware LAN card

==Synology system prep==

Have the system on in the ready state

Disconnect the LAN cord from the Synology system for 30 seconds

==Connecting between the computer and Synology system==

Use a Straight Ethernet cord to connect the Synology system directly towards the Ethernet port of the computer

Wait upwards for five minutes for the computer to detect and assign an IP address to the Synology system

Use the Synology Assistant to detect the Synology system, and reconfigure the IP address

Then perform itune search. Hope this helps.
