Besoin D' Aide Sur Antivirus Essential

Bonjour la Communautée

Aujourd'hui pour la première fois je sollicite vos Lumières car la mienne est éteinte.

Matos => DS410J sous DSM 5.0-4528 Update 2

Voici 3 semaines que l'antivirus ne scan plus aucun fichier

1 °La mise a jour se fait correctement

Après quelques investigations je me suis rendu compte que l'initialisation du moteur de l'antivirus patine

dans la choucoutre.

Je l'ai laissé tourné plus de 24h en vain Rrrrrrrrrrr

Bloque toujours à l'étape 3 "init engine"

Desinstallation du packet - reboot du Nas - Reinstallation de celui ci

Le problème Persiste!!!!!!!!!!!!!

J'attends donc avec impatience vos suggestions qui pourront me faire avancer sur mon problème
